Do you oil your hair daily?

If you don't oil your hair daily, you are missing a vital hair maintenance! We have tightly coiled hair that is fragile and gets extremely tangled. Keeping the hair moisturized helps soften the hair and lessen it from any breakage from the use of shampoos, combing, and styling. Also the longer the hair grows the dryer the end of the hair gets, so oiling the ends of the hair daily is very important for split ends. If you don't have split ends then you don't have to trim the hair. The last time I cut my hair was a year ago. I never really have to cut my hair ever since I gave up weekly use of flat ironing, oil daily, and do heatless styles.

Hot oil Treatments are great for the hair before or after shampooing. Saturating the hair with oil, place a plastic cap over the hair and seat under the dryer. The heat will lift up the hair cuticles and allow the oil to penetrate the hair shaft. This is great to help with dry scalp, prevent breakage and split ends, this is definitely a must if you use relaxers or straighten all the time.

Soooooo u know that I use the African Pride Olive oil mix from Sally beauty supply, right? So I decided to take it a little further and create my own Shea butter cream...I'll let you know how it goes and be sure to post a video!
