I'm a Transitioner



Yes, that's right! Im a transitioner! I never had the courage to do the BC (big chop). Luckily I did not have a bad outcome of not cutting it out. I know there are some that experience a lot of breakage or the relaxed hair and natural hair is not blending well. So it just depend on the hair if you should cut or not....or if u have the courage too! lol.

While I was tranistioning I was initially flat ironing my hair every week! That was so bad and I didn't know all the damage I was doing to my hair. That heat is the worse! My hair was always dry which resulted to breakage and split ends so I was always going to clip my ends. So I decided to make a change, and go without flat ironing. I start using Cold Wave Rods. I loved them! I had a really cute curly fro that last forever. Now since my hair is much more longer, my hair take forever to dry and I never have time to seat under a dryer.

So the best way to cover up that little new growth when you have a lot of relaxed hair is to use rods!
